Entirely based in Chiasso (Switzerland), our Customer Service is a team dedicated solely to ParcelValue's customers, listening to all queries and seeking the most appropriate solutions.
We wish to communicate with each client because we believe that a fruitful exchange of experiences will enable us to grow together.
The philosophy of our Customer Service is very simple: took the place of the customer assuming responsibility for the control over the entire shipping process.
It is true that new technologies have broken down the geographical distances; it is true that the support is more and more delegated to email and social media, but the attitude of the people of Customer Service remains unchanged over time.
This is now essential element to make a company highly responsive, accessible and open to listening to customer needs. To achieve these objectives, the Customer Service team must be:
- Ready to respond to customer needs and able to provide appropriate solutions to their problems;
- Consisting of professionally qualified employees who believe deeply in the mission of the Brand in which they operate;

Handling your shipments for us means:

- Continuous and accurate tracking;

Once confirmed the shipment, also the recipient will be immediately notified via e-mail. At each step (delivery, collection, exception) you'll be notified.
All activities are under the continuous supervision of our dedicated Operations Manager, constantly in contact with the corresponding carrier's operations managers in each geographic area.
